2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
->1. I have been a high command in EVERY ORG this beautiful city has to offer- NG, LSPD, SAHP, FIB, GOV, DOC etc. But I would the out of all these orgs SAHP is the most friendly out of all of them! It’s also the best place for people who have just came to the city and want to fulfil their ambition of being a police officer! In my term in SAHP I would make sure our Org is soo elite that it’s an eyecatcher and the first choice of every citizen in Los santos who wants to start their career in law enforcement. It’s not just an organisation! SAHP is hope! It’s hope for the people who want to start their career in law enforcement, it’s an hope for people who seek safety and wonderful company, it’s hope for the people living in paleto bay and los santos! It’s hope for the state and the goverment! The best of the best troopers who would always show up to protect the city from any crime or threat regardless of the danger! It would be nothing less than honour if I get to shape an org such as SAHP itself! I would make it 2 times as fast responding and friendly, it would be the first choice of people in no time!
->2. Ive been an high command in every org and I have fully known how this city works and function! To survive here, you don’t need shooting skills or expensive weaponry , to survive here all you need is a functioning brain who knows how to keep its calm at all times and at all costs!
Even during the most tense moments, our troopers will remain intellectual and use the correct tactics to perform special operations such as - rescues, globals, patching up a downed trooper, giving safety and shelter, negotiations etc. I will make this org 100% and I CLAIM IT, the org will be 100% corrupt free under my term and it would all be organic! There will be NO SUCH THINGS such as an HC bulling a new trooper or anyone disrespecting another trooper! The org will NOT BE toxic at all and our internal affairs team will make sure to keep me updated about every troopers behaviour!
->3. Im going to invest and spend all my time to make this organization into becoming the best feared and respected organization in this city. I am going to make sure there is alot of activity in this organization whether it is going to a robbery, attending a global or a raid. I will make it my priority to make sure that all my officers is safe whether it is going on patrol or attending events and make sure this city is safe from criminal activity. There will be no such thing as favouritism in my term and just because a person is someones friend they won’t be given ranks! Ranks will only be given to hard working troopers who give their time to org and care for its people and always are ready to come for missions. Ranks will purely be given based on experience. Anyone found doing favouritism by the undersheriffs, the sheriff our the IA team will immediately receive a strike!
4. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
-> To increase the patrols in the city and responding to any calls for help. The Highways of the city can be a very dangerous place and it needs patrolling all the time it also needs to be improved by using as much RP as possible.
-> Stop any crime that happens on the highways and improving response time of officers and backup.
-> It needs a well maintained relationship with all the other organizations including LSPD GOV FIB AND NG and needs to work together whether it is helping the citizens and protect them and attend events.
-> The most and best way to improve rp in this organization is to keep IC things IC and OOC things OOC.
-> being in this organisation has made me know a lot flaws and know that how it can be solved , i can make a lot of positive changes in SAHP and in the favour of the city.
-> Departments:
Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT): This department will be full of specialised and exprienced units that will attend events like ghetto patrols, globals and raids.
Undercover(UC): This department will gather evidence against the criminals and gangs when attending events.
Towing and fines: This department will go on and tow cars that is illegal parked and fine them aswell.
Human Resources(HR): This department will make sure that all officers is trained well and hiring officers.
Internal Affairs (IA): This will be the internal affairs team of IA and they would investigate any problem happening within the SAHP team and will keep the leader up to date and make sure every trooper is on their best behaviour, they would also make sure any trooper is not involved in any criminal activity, has a clean criminal record, check the troopers bodycam from time to time and no one possess any sort of illegal items and they will be free to give strike to anyone, tho the strikes would still be needed to get approved by either the undersheriff or the sheriff himself.
K-9: This unit will go out on patrol and search for any illegal growing sites in the city and any drugs.
-> Goals For The Organization.
-> Max numbers at events.
-> Max activity on patrolling the highways.
-> Make sure all the officers within the organization is well trained.
