2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. SAHP is home for many of the officers in this city and i wants to make sahp intresting for whoever is newly flying in this city he wants to join sahp be sure and After 8 months of service to the city, I feel ready to take on additional responsibility and carry on my legacy. Based on my previous experience, I hope to be able to make the city's northside more livable.
2. Ive been in from my starting days i m always with LEO orgs and gained exprience on how this city works and ive been 2x Hc at SAHP and i believe ive gained enough exprience at SAHP to lead this organization to become corrupt free, and more enjoyable and friendly with other orgs. I want to continue where I left off and contribute to the city both IC and OOC at the highest level possible, Corruption and nepotism can be avoided by avoiding and makes the organization to function like a family.
3.And as an Sheriff in my term i will be push my self for very active for my org and help other organization for robbery, attending a global or a raid, For city is been safe from criminals and Highways are cleaned.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. IC law and OOC rules knowledge:
In the previous term i see many of agents are faced alot of problem from law for that I want to hold weekly law seminars to make sure all employees in your organization are familiar with San Andreas law. In this way they can be handel any situations againts law.
2. Work better with other Leo’s better communication is key more leader meetings is a must and so is joint training this will help all orgs better there rp as there will be more rp interactions which can help the city.
3. And Finally by In our e-mail system, we can work on rules with interactive seminars. This brings us one step closer to a smoother role-playing experience.
DEPARTMENTS:
Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT): This department will be full of specialised and exprienced units that will Lead events like ghetto patrols, globals and raids.
Internal Affairs(IA):This department is incharge of making sure all officers has licenses, and no illegal items on them and trunk and weekly BGC checkups.
Undercover(UC):This department will gather evidence against the criminals and gangs when attending events with inform others orgs for robberys at highway so they are carefull.
Towing and fines:This department will go on and tow cars that is illegal parked and fine them aswell to make highway clear.
Human Resources(HR): This department will make sure that all officers is trained well and hiring officers and keep an eye on their activity.
Public Relations(PR): This department will host globals and events for our citizens in our city to have fun and enjoy their time.
K-9: This unit will go out on patrol and search for any illegal growing sites in the city and cure people from drug and illeagle activites.
Goals For The Organization
-attend events
-always be someone for selling vehicle insaurences
-max activity on highways and inform leos for Highways activitys
I'm gonna make sure it is a Fun Term for them with strict rules to max out the roleplay and make SAHP the best org Out of the state orgs.
