Us Ballas decided to start our first event as a store robbery and we went to 24/7 store No3 and we started the store robbery and then without knowing buntas came and decided to start a Gun store robbery right next to our 24/7 store robbery which broke Event Rule 1.1 and we could not do anything about that :
Since the event circles were very close we all got blamed for Teaming even though none of the Leos were in the event circles untill the end, moreover, Fib people started shooting at us without any discussion or any demands /And flanked us from behind, there was no negotiation just straight up Shooting. after they started shooting we protected ourselves and shot back, then Marabunta who was robbing the Gun store right next to our 24/7 store started to shoot the Leos who shot us , we had no intend for them to come and help us.
After we finished the Robbery we were taking a picture as a gang together and Bunta's decided to join in without our permision , we did NOT invite them , they came by there own needs:
After we finished everything we were planning to hit a Gun store as Ballas , we tried to hit multiple stores but most were already robbed, as we were trying to find a gun store to rob we noticed most of our Members got Demogrant By Ace Galante, Julia misfit and Dray Ottoman , in about 5minutes almost all of our members were jailed for Event Rule 1.1 even though we did NOT team with Marabunta! . It may have looked like we did team and we understand that but we did not , its just both of the event circles were close together and We had to stay in the circle because:
1) We started the robbery first , Marabunta was meant to leave
2) If we left the Robbery we would have left an RP situation
this meant that we were essentially stuck and had no choice but to stay , if we left it was non-rp , and since there was only 1 leo occasionally coming and going inside the circle , we thought maintaining distance with Marabunta and completing our event would be best because there was no one we could of possibly teamed up against,
Would we really team up with a gang with around 10 people when we had over 21 members ourselves?
(our daily ruitine is to start the store robbery at store No3 and check if we have enough members to fight off the Leos , then we start a Gun store robbery at Gun store No3 , which is right next to the store. )
So from our perspective we were just following our routine and the moment we hit the store and Marabunta started their stuff and Ace gave all members demogrant for Breaking 1.1 without any warning or any discussion from him, even though we did not! , it might have seemed to be, but we did not since there where same roofs for both stores which buntas and ballas robbed , there could have been instances where Gang members of both Gangs were standing together on same roofs but maintaining distance with eachother , this situation was unavoidable and after trying to explain everything he decided to not reply and to not listen to us and just said that he saw us "Teaming".
One primary question that i have as a Member of Ballas is If Ace saw us teaming then he should of seen how we started the store and then Buntas came after and that which broke Rule 1.1 , NOT US , and should of seen us telling our members to get away from the Marabunta robbery

we did not break the Rule it was Buntas , additionally if he saw what happened he would of seen how the Fib Flanked without demanding , we find this unfair as we did not create the Problem but yet we all got 2hrs of Jailing for no Reason.
After speaking with some other Admins they even agreed that Jailing about 35 people is too much and has given Ballas a Warning.
In the end what we ask for here is Why was around 20 people jailed when the situation was unavoidable , the moment at which both the gangs had seconds of difference of starting there respective events with no info.
What we are asking for is a compensation for everyone who got jailed and IF one of the admins is found guilty , appropriate actions must be taken and if we get a Warning in Ballas to be taken off aswell
