2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1 -Experience in city I joined the city 1 five months ago. I was in SAHP for 2 weeks and and I was in past LSPD till now With Chief of staff. Started from Rookie in August under term Rao Dev and was promoted to Hod of HR under Sam term After taking a little break in city 3 I joined SAHP again under James Hopper term until SAHP disbanded With Assitant Sheriff.
2 -Experience in city In start of city, I joined EMS for a month. During term of Zach Noor, I was promoted to Head of HR department and I had given chance to work on casefiles. After his term I was recruited back in SAHP by new Leader James Hopper as Head Of Divison. After working very hard in assisting in reached position of Chief Of staff As Assistan Sheriff, I handled most of negotiation to make sure The Country is safe and evidence is gathered aswell. SAHP has a lot of potentialand with a good leader, I truthly believe we can make an amazing organization with amazing people.
3-Experience in city In start of city, I joined FIB for a month. During term of John Profit, I was promoted to Head of undercover department and I had given chance to work on casefiles. After working very hard in assisting in casefiles and assisting with successful raids, I reached position of Head of Department. As Head Of Department.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
1- Fight Toxcicity in the community and make sure the community is friendly as possible to make the rp more fun for others
2- Should Check every soldier in the SAHP for their work and reward them bonuses that will be given everyday
3- Should Check every deparment leader for the work they do whether good or bad and reward them
4- Should Focus on Rank systems and doing cermonys each week to give people a chance of getting up in ranks faster
5- Should Focus on improving the level of rp in senarios such as hostage situation and store robbery
-> Departments:
Human Resources(HR): This department will make sure that all officers is trained well and hiring officers.
Public Relations(PR): This department will host globals and events for our citizens in our city to have fun and enjoy their time.
K-9: This unit will go out on patrol and search for any illegal growing sites in the city and any drugs.
Internal Affairs(IA): This department is incharge of making sure all officers has licenses, and no illegal items on them.
Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT): This department will be full of specialised and exprienced units that will attend events like ghetto patrols, globals and raids.
Undercover(UC): This department will gather evidence against the criminals and gangs when attending events.
Towing and fines: This department will go on and tow cars that is illegal parked and fine them aswell.
