Need of a improved Rp structure and incitement..
As u have seen in the history of SAHP...it have followed an ANT pattern...and there was no major improvements....due to that the people of the city... started to lose interest in it....we as a team ..we will improve it in many ways by dividing the work into more organized manner....
Eg..
There are two under shief
Why not dividing them into two and. Making things a bit more easy ..1 will perform hr duty's and 1 focusing on combat units
2.. Nepotism AKA favoritism
It's have been a bad history in SAHP ...to have Nepotism....by having this it literally kills the motive of Rp.. because of this the new people who just joined the city ... never gets a chance to have a higher rank...and I am talking about those people who diserve the rank...by having this the new people ..the one who will be the next cheif or shrief just losts the appity to work in the org again...and I want to put a end to it ..
3.... SAHP is a hostage provider but why
It is because the SAHP never gives a bit fun for patroling ...and all the people just stands there for giving insurance...and the HW is not secure...
...Solution...
To make the people love the patroling a bit more and make the HW safe...and to have a great RP ..
I will make a patrol team in a different way...

In HW there will be a Air unit team for conducting air patrols and to give information about the situation on HW...2 hei on to two part of the HW
To make them more active on duty the will be given
2k for each patrol.
Both for land and air
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
1 we will create a different dipartment for training.it will be called FTO ..which will give a cence that hr is different than FTO
2 hr will only conduct interviews and give logs ..and it will give a new concept all and a new adventure..
3 HWP will do patroing more and both air and land at the same time to have. A good conversation between HQ and rood situation
Swat will be for fast response and will conduct undercover mission on the HW

HR .. for interview and logs
HWP....with a batter structure and a batter patroing team
Swat ..for quick response to call and under cover operations on HW
