2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1) Experience… I’ve been apart of SAHP for a full and a half of a term, from the First SAHP of En3 and the 3rd SAHP of EN3 (First SAHP to complete a full term) and with my experience in other State orgs, I feel like I can run SAHP to the best it possibly can be.
2) Likeability/Respectability… I’ve build up my character from EN-1 & EN-3 around respect and treat every situation as if it was IRL, I show people respect despite not liking them, I’ve always respected org jurisdictions, and has always been trying my best to keep communication with other orgs instead of barging my way in, with the phrase “I’m FIB/SAHP/NG/LSPD/GOV, you don't know anything about this” so I want to rebuild an org around the same respect that I’ve given other orgs, I want to have my troopers treating every situation with a calm respectable manner.
3) Activity… under many Sheriffs in SAHP the biggest main problem that causes so many issues is the Orgs Activity, there's always been a significant amount of Troopers standing Around HQ or around Beach market not coming on duty, but not as many Troopers on the highways of San Andreas. Patrolling, Towing cars, Writing Fines, I want to have a new age for the SAHP in which I will communicate highly with curators and meeting curator requirements.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
If I am chosen to be the next Sheriff of the SAHP, I would like to implement new departments that's never been seen within the SAHP, I would like to implement bonus systems to encourage troopers to go on patrols, write fines, sell car insurance, and tow cars, I would like to collaborate with other state orgs for mass trainings on the NG base and keep good communications with each state org including lifeinvader and EMS.
Some of My departments for the SAHP Will be;
Department of Recruitment Specialist "RS"
The Division in charge of Recruitment, and making sure the org runs as smooth as it can possibly be, making sure Troopers are trained to follow the Code of Procedures Sanctioned by the Government, and enforcing the most up to date State Laws, doing proper trainings with each new recruit, making sure they know how the org runs and making sure each new recruit is properly trained on how to Fine cars, make arrests, detain suspects, making sure they are up to date with the RP behind being a Law enforcement officer.
Department of Rapid Response and Intervention Team "RRIT" (or Special Response Team)
RRIT is the special operations team of SAHP, Responsible for fast response to store robberies, conducting ghetto patrols, and fast response to any global situation, they are also responsible of conducting negotiations and hosting Negotiations Trainings
Department of Internal Investigations (Internal Affairs)
The IA Team will be a small team responsible for conducting Internal investigations on each unit in the SAHP, making sure they are following Code of Procedures, making sure SAHP is running Professionally, they are responsible for giving strikes and punishments inside of the org.
Department of Undercover Intelligence Division (UID)
The UID will be a team of trained units for gathering evidence at Store Robberies, FZ Raids, and having Communication with the FIB Undercover department to transfer Evidence over.
the Major Punishment Systems will go as following;
Strike I) Halting of any upcoming promotion until Issue is resolved.
Strike II) Immediate Suspension of the Unit, Suspension can last from as little as 2 hours to 48 hours
Strike III) Immediate Termination of the Unit from the org, and depending on the severity of the strike, a possible Blacklist
As for Heads of departments, they will follow the same Strike system, but their strikes will affect the department not only them, after 3 Department Strikes the Sheriff, Undersheriff, and Chief of Staff will start actively looking for a new HOD, Strikes can be given out only by The 3 Generals of the org.
