2. Why do you want to be Leader of this specific Organisation.
Taking on the leadership role of FIB shows a sign of courage and commitment to which im ready to offer to help the org thrive to success. Since joining Grand RP i have been in many orgs and many High Command positions to where i have learnt how a org should be operated, therefore with all my skills i have learned and acquired over the years of playing make me feel im ready to take on this task and put a end to the extreme rates of crime that the city has tolerated. I have been in FIB a few times and watched it dominate the city as the best legal org and i wish to continue help it dominate the city for months to come.
FIB will be a zero tolerance org meaning any reports against officers and high commands will be acted on quickly by my Internal affairs department to ensure the org follows server rules and boundaries to help keep a well respected name on the ORG. No corruption will be also tolerated and will be acted on swiftly by myself and curators to stop Gang officials gaining LEO equipment. Internal affairs Department will do random weekly checks will all officers including HC and Directors to make sure everyone is following the org rules. Favoritism will not be tolerated and everyone will be treated equally to maintain a healthy work environment.
The FIB Discord will be revamped to help ensure everyone finds the specific guides and state laws so they can be representing the org with pride,there will also be sections for people to have a laugh and show off videos they feel other may enjoy to watch.Patrol logs will remain nice and simple with HR explaining how to present pictures and other documents of arrests which takes stress of the officer if he gets it wrong. I want FIB to be a org where everyone is respected and feels welcome to talk about any issues as no one suffer ultimately bring us all together like a second family.
Strong Federal Attorneys will be brought into the organisation to represent the org at any law cases which may come our way and help prosecute individuals who disrespect the rules.
3.Your advice for improving Role-Play level in Organisations.
Officers who Undergo the training to become part of the team will be taught how to properly use the /do,/try and /me commands to take the role play to another level.
Undercover Operatives will have a primary objective to collect evidence from family's and gangs that pose a threat so we can stop them from advancing further. More Undercover missions will be available as previous terms have fell behind in doing so meaning gangs have surprised us with a variation of different surprises which gave them the upper hand in events, All evidence collected will be reviewed by the DHOD, HOD and the Supreme Court justice so we can raid them and put a end to their streak of crime in the city.
A rework of ranks will be in place to everyone can understand the hierarchy and some names of ranks will change to give a feeling of excitement when promoted to them.A rework of ranks also provides a way to compare institutions,performance, help identify areas of improvement and promote a culture of excellence inside the org.
Spec Ops will try to regain its title as most feared group of mercenaries in the city but it will be tough challenge for all of its of operatives thats why they will undergoing rigorous training in arena to ensure there 100% confident in every fight they get in. FIB will also offer training for the other LEO swat teams if they requested it. Spec Ops will also have access to the heavy weapons and armored vehicles to protect themselves whilst doing ghetto patrols or BM raids. Spec Ops HOD will also train it units how to fly a helicopter safely and calmly in tight situation to ensure they can drop off units in rough areas which give the LEOs a fighting chance. The Second a local or global is dropped i can ensure spec ops will be the first to arrive on scene and provide all orgs with intel on the situation.There will be alot of pressure on the HOD of Spec Ops as he will be cooperating with me in when ghetto patrols will take place.
