1. I want to be hired as a Admin because I believe in the mission of making peoples roleplay safe. I want to be able to help create a more secure and safe community for our players. Furthermore, I am passionate about making a positive impact and utilizing my skillset to make sure everyone has a fair time within Grand RP. I am confident I can be an asset to the Administration Team, as I am an analytical problem solver, a team player, and I possess a strong sense of integrity and respect for the roleplaying community.

My most significant strengths, is that i can work in environments that relate to this job, i am a team worker and can solve problems out in a decent amount of time, these strengths will be handy for when Im looking at forum reports, ill be able to chose decisions on whether who should receive the punishment, using my strengths/skills.

3. My most significant weaknesses are that I can be overly critical of myself, which can lead to procrastination, and I have a tendency to overanalyze situations. Additionally, I am not naturally outgoing, which can lead to me sometimes feeling out of my depth in large groups or unfamiliar situations.
