1-When i was a normal guy at gangs some HCs was abusing their power so i will stop it in my gang
2-I will have no tolerance for breaking the rules
3-All active and non-active gang members will get the value and rank they deserve
4-Everyone will be given a chance to be a high command so everyone will know it
