Approved RDM + UB Demands | 73183, 73378

First of all: the guy who gave me demands (73183) shot me after I complied with his demands.
Second: his "friend" (73378) came after I already got 73183's demand and complied but I came back to know why he shot me after I complied, and his "friend" (73378) killed me without giving me his own demands and they aren't wearing the same clothing or anything. How else would I know they are together? He didn't tell me if they are together or not and came in 2 different cars AND at different times.

ID: 73183 Will be punished for Gen Rule 6.15
(Shoot him from back when He was complying with you and leaving the area.)

ID: 99644 Will be punished for UB
(You should not go back when someone already shooting on you.)

ID 73378 will not receive any punishment as his family member already made the demand. ​
