Sincerely Admin,
My friend gift me a apartment with half state value then I took it, after that he returned that money back because I had no money back then cause of I am a new player in CITY. i didnt know about the rules. I am extremely sorry for my mistake. Forgive me this time. I will be aware about this next time and i will never do this mistake again.
