2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1. I have been in the city for a long time and I have experience of all legal or illegal organizations but Gangs have always been my strength and priority I am surrounded by some of the best leaders this city has ever seen and I have learnt a lot from them. I have seen people struggling to run a gang and I have seen gangs getting disbanded because the leader was not performing well but I will try to give my best to run this gang. I think I have many great leadership skills and I can implement them as a leader.
2. I believe that i can successfully lead Families to be the best gang in the city because of my strong leadership skills and experience in gangs as hc and as deputy.
3. From the recent terms of families i have seen that families has been the weakest and the most inactive gang in the city and i want to change that and make families the most active and feared gang in the city by having deputies and HCs from different time zones who make sure that there are no rule breaks and whenever the gang has nothing to do they take them to ghetto to rob and have fun roleplaying.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. i will make sure that my gang is the most active organization in the city by doing at least 1-2 fz raids and store robberies a day so that that both gangs and legal orgs have fun rping and when ever we dont have anything to do i will take the gang to rob on highways or do hostage situations so that both gangs side and leos side have fun
2. i will make sure that all my gang members have at least 15 years in the city and good knowledge of rules so that there are no rule breaks in ghetto or at events and i will discourage rule breaks in the organization by demoting or kicking members who break rules.
3. i will never allow any kind of favoritism in my term, only people who lead events, attend events and help the gang will get high ranks.
