Approved - VDM + RDM | ID 1848

he did vdm me and when i shot at him i wasn't aware it was in city and as soon as I realized it wasn't a red zone, I surrendered and let him kill me. if they would have patch me after, then all good, but they didnt.

how is it possible that i get same punishment as id:1848? he did both VDM and RDM, and i did nothing at all. I didnt crash anyone or shoot anyone, i made no harm to anyone at all.

i dont deserve warning, remove it
