From a young age, he was captivated by the idea of wearing a badge and upholding justice, After some years Speed finished school and high school, and while he started dreaming about traveling his mother died at the age of 38, Speed and his father decided to move to Los Santos trying to start new calm life but everything changes when he suddenly meet one of The Bad Circle, A group of corrupt people who seek order over order or use their powers for themselves, One fateful night, Speed encountered a police officer named Officer Anderson during a routine traffic stop. Anderson, known for his shady dealings, saw potential in the young Speed. He recognized Speed's criminal connections and offered him an opportunity to join the police force, not as an agent of justice but as a corrupt officer serving the interests of the criminal underworld.

With a strong sense of duty, He worked hard to achieve his dream of becoming a Highway Patrol officer, After graduating from the Highway Patrol academy with honors, Cadet Speed Warburg joined the SAHP Department He quickly earned a reputation as a diligent and committed officer. The community saw him as a beacon of hope, a shining example of what a Patrol officer should be, As the years passed, Speed's ambition grew, and he became entangled in the darker side of law enforcement. He witnessed fellow Patrol Officers bending the rules, turning a blind eye to certain crimes, and even accepting bribes. Intrigued by the allure of easy money and power, Speed found himself being pulled into a web of corruption, At first, his involvement was subtle. He would look the other way when his colleagues engaged in illegal activities. Soon, he started accepting small bribes, rationalizing that it was just a means to an end.
