Life Story:
Martina was born in India in 2003 as the only child of a middle-class family. She had ordinary childhood and ordinary education life. She completed and graduated from engineering with good score. Martina moved to Los Santos due to some personal reasons in India. First of her days she was working as taxi cab driver. She was saving her money to buy herself a home. One day, when she is working she get kidnapped and robbed by armed robberies. After that day everything went bad for her. She couldn't hold herself and decided to take bad actions. She had zero knowledge and zero experience and yet managed to join Blood Street gang. First days in gang she was making money and some useful materials. One day, while on a job for the gang, she got caught by legal forces and sentenced to jail for her crime. During her time in prison, she realized that he had lost everything she had worked hard for.
Career Story:
In the prison she met with Warden, Masta Killa. He offered her a job in DOC and good salary. Martina wanted to leave the gang life behind and start fresh, accepted that job offer. Masta gave her training and teach her a lot of stuff about legal organizations. Martina, managed to get herself a good position in Goverment as Deputy Warden. At that time, Martina also had so many prisoner friends and learned so many information how to avoid laws and terms without getting caught. Now she was prepared for taking bad actions to make herself vigilante by laws. After spending some time in Goverment, she found out a good opportunity in new party and become Minister of the State. With all that background information she is working in there as High Command.
Outcomes :
1. Martina can carry her org weapons/vests on and off duty so she can always respond to any situation quickly.
2. Martina keeps her radio on her 24/7 to listen to GOV calls while not on duty.
3. Martina is able to use illegal weapons while on duty.
4. Martina can sell and buy weapons/illegal items in the black market.
5. Martina is able to do any illegal activities (must not involve LEOs).
6. Martina is able to go to ghetto off duty to kill and rob people due to her street knowledge.
