Good evening/morning, I hope this message reaches you while your doing well.
I am a semi-new user in this city and I wasnt aware of some rules, such as the GR 6.3 rule.
All what I have done was take 2-3 LSPD armors tops for personal use while working as a towie, and that was 2-4 weeks ago that i even forgot about it and it never crossed my mind that it was the reason for the ban that i recieved. Once i knew that it was not allowed to do such actions i stopped instantly and i have never done it afterwards. I never broke any rule in my entire experience in the city and i always follow the rules, i have never been reported for any actions and im always doing my best in any organization im in, i was also the number one towie at the period of which ive taken the armours. After quitting LSPD i believe that i had a very clean slate.
I have invested a lot of time on my account for it to be lost for such a small mistake, even at the time of the incident i had more than enough money that those armours wouldnt even make any difference in any way for me, i just did it for the fun of it thinking it was allowed or simply just a illegal thing to do and would be sent to prison, without having any actual account issues and only in city legal issues with the police as in being wanted and kicked out of the organization.
I also spent so much time and effort studying as a law student to become a state attorney preparing to become the best lawyer there is; all what i want is to spread positivity and give others and myself a pleasant time while on this server. I honestly dont mind the "material life", and i only spend time in this server for the fun and dont care about money, you can check my ingame purchase history i never spend my money other than the casino i really dont care about the money, so all of this was never about the money. I am a university student and it would take me such a long amount of time to reach to reach the level im at so it would basically deny me playing on this server ever again if i stay permanantly banned.
Furthermore, a dear friend of mine and the family leader with the ID of 284095 was involved in such a missunderstanding, i might have placed the armor in the family storage cars or dropped them to him without him realizing, i honestly dont remember how he got his hands on them since a lot of time has passed on since the incident. I never meant to harm him and would love to take all the blame on this case. He has spent so much time, effort and money (purchase of grand coins etc..) on this city and it wouldnt sit right with me if he takes the fall for this.
I apologize for what I have done, it was never my intentions to break any rules or cause any setbacks to any organization in the city, i feel like the penalty i recieved is too harsh for what i have done, an account wipe would make more sense in reality 2-3 armor plates would cause no one any harm, and i have clearly learned that it was illegal and i educated myself enough to never do such actions after knowing that what i did was wrong and you can check any logs/records i have never done such thing before or after this incident that does not abide by the rules of the server.
