he was patching with gun his hand after when he realized he cancelled animation clear bug abuse

while patching someone if we cancel animation it must be consider as bug abuse even though he moves or not
i just want to reconsider it

The player was standing next to the unconscious player and wasn't moving around or showing any kind of bug abuse.
Admin took the correct decision.​
