i have never been a leader of any org but i am been at very high rank in legal orgs and also in gangs and i have a lot of experience of hostage situations , store robbery and other events
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
want to be the leader of bloods because
1. bloods was one of the very first orgs i joined when i joined when i came in the server and i know a new joinee to the server faces when joining a org so i know the best how to make bloods active , fun and a overall enjoyable experience for everyone
2. bloods can be one of the most interesting organisation with the help of a good leader with good leadership skills which i think i am capable of providing
3. it has always been on top of my bucket list to become the leader of BLOODS as bloods is the gang with most potential to grow in the whole server
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
i think when new players join the gang they dont know much about the events what to do what things are needed to be done , how professionalism is mainted and how to do a good rp. so i will tell and ensure that all the hc that recruit any new members in the org give them brief about the events conducted by us and how to good rp. as some things are not written in rules but you get to know about them by experience.
second thing i will do is remove toxicity in the gang as i have seen that there is a lot of toxicity in gang chat , radio
3rd and most important thing i will do is conduct as many events as possible as i have seen that a lot of people after becoming the gang leader dont do much events like store robbery , territory captures .
4th thing is that i ensure bloods become the best of its best under my leadership
