1. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

I would like to be the leader of the organisation as I have been in LSPD since Ethan Murphys term. LPSD was almost the first organisation I had joined in the city! I have joined pretty much all the terms since then and have learnt from the best of them all! I have looked up to what I have believed the best chiefs over time such as: Gabi Tosca and Jessica Quinn the queens of LSPD.
Tyrell Johnson, Ethan Murphy, Cash Yip and so on! I have had High Command positions in almost every term too, meaning I have been head of most divisions and given roles that require a lot of trust.

The main problem that I have seen in LSPD, is ranks being given to people who can’t work them properly. LSPD often has officers left neglected in the rank “rookie” with no training and no training officer in sight! In my LSPD people will be trained always and not have to wait. I should be happy people want to join my organisation and not leave them behind. We are a family and must work together and look out for each other.
Global and local responses are poor and should be an immediate response! All officer need to be trained to know this!
I want to be one of the leaders for someone else to be inspired to apply like the leaders who have been above me did to me.


2. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

Firstly, all officers must be trained and to know all the server rules. I will not tolerate people breaking server rules and abusing their role of LSPD. I will make better connections with other organisations to make the overall Legal organisations stronger. We need to win more events and to do this we need to be more tactical. Often meetings with FIB leader, NG, SAHP and directors of USS to discuss how we can work better.
There should be no conflict in my organisation between officers and I will have a strong Internal affairs team that will stop all conflicts occurring and from continuing.
