Here Raymond did not take my interview and he is saying "
Learn about server rules, server functions and spend more time in the server as a player to learn all things in the server before applying to become a leader." You can't reject any leader application for that he did not take my interview so how did he know it is completely favouritism

Your level is too low, and you have a punishment history as well, especially you're currently serving a punishment.
