2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
• I have been a part of LEO organizations for a long time and in that timespan, I have gone through many different leaderships of LSPD. One thing I commonly noticed is the lack of actual leadership inside LSPD and how the department operates. I like to bring small changes to the department which the LSPD leadership would allow me to. I want to make my terms feel memorable and fun while they last.
• Secondly the opportunities within LSPD, LSPD is home to many different leo(s) whom started their journey through this organization, including me. I want to strengthen the PD and make sure our area of operations is safe and secure for the citizens and our officers. Through good leadership skills and managing departments, that can be done.
• Over the months I have gained experience in different organizations serving as different roles. Now, I want to put that experience to good use and serve a good and successful term as a leader for LSPD. In the previous months, LSPD has lost it's motive and the honor it used to possess. I want to bring that roleplay and that honor to the PD back.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
• One of the ways I will be improving the roleplay is to encourage the usage of RP commands. Now adays, officers are only aware of basic commands used in very rare or selected scenarios. I want to encourage the use of different and creative RP commands. This would cause the interaction between an officer and a normal citizen to be much more realistic and bring life to it.
• Behavior is one of the key elements of a good roleplay situation. I want to encourage all of my officers to have a CALM and PROFESSIONAL behavior while engaging in different situations. Officers tend to be completely non-realistic these days which just makes the RP situations much worse and dry. Officers should have a level of respect as well as authority while doing certain things which would help improve roleplay.
• Use of radio will also be re-done during my leadership, officers will be educated to use more than just, basic radio codes such as engaging in vehicle pursuits, traffic pullovers and etc. This would help keep the radio professional as well as bring a level of realism to the overall RP as well. As said before, interactions with gangs and other organizations should also be done more professionally and using more RP commands which help improve the roleplay as well as make it more realistic for both sides.
• Plans
I have SO many plans for the organization which will be executed if my leadership goes through, applying mini-changes to stuff which would help LSPD operate much more smoothly, making ranks more exclusive and giving meaning to the actual duty of a police officer.
• Departments:
- Internal Affairs.
- Human Resources & Training.
- SWAT
- Public Relations
- Towing
- UC (Only if good people lead this)
As I mentioned above, HC ranks will be made more exclusive as to add meaning to the ranks and new restrictions will be put in place to give meaning to the rank structure.
• Deputies.
I will be choosing highly experienced people who would have extensive experience in LSPD and other organizations, which would help me lead the organization more easily.
