2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation): LSPD has a major role in the city that makes it different from other organisations, it is a respected and valued organisation which contributes alot to the city, I have been on the law encofrcement side for a long time and I wish to be a leader one day, major experience in SAHP, FIB and LSPD once as a captain, my last months in FIB had me to learn a various amount of informations regarding the LEO side which makes me very aware of everything that would happen in LSPD.
As a leader of LSPD I want to focus on the relations between the organisations and keep a good level of co-operation. Secondly I want to fight corruption with all means and types, I want the AI team to be the leading force of the organisation aswell as the towing team, this last is important to keep the city from random vehicles in the streets that drives me and everyone in the city crazy.
I will be able to provide the correct and adequant training to everybody that needs it and thats by focusing on the HR team and doing open recruitements very often to keep the fresh blood flowing among the org.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.:
- My advice to improve the RP is to take most of the situations and handle them ICly instead of going to forums, for example if somebody is mixing in an RP situation I will not cut the RP for that, but I will continue and act like Im not aware of what he is saying and if he could say it differently it would be good.
- Moreover, if for example we were patrolling near Mirror Park and the suspect flew to the mountains close with his sport car, I will not make a scene about it, but I will get or advise to get his plate number and fine him with the adequant amount and reason.
- Additionally, I will be focusing on the RP comands thing, which nobody cares about these days and they do not know how to correctly use it, it is very helpful and makes players in the server realise that there are different ways to RP besides the basic things.
- To add up, I will focus on the correct use of the organisation chats, and make people aware that they cannot rely on the NON RP chat to act ICly, I will make sure that every situation is handled at the correct chat. Department chat is also important to look up, people these days mess departments more often(which It never happened to me ever), and thats by rushing it and not taking the time to re check if any mistakes were made.
- PR events are a major factor in the city and they should be more often, especially in free time when there is no events or anything about to happen, to take it slowly and make everything pass smoothly, thats a great way to introduce the fun part of being a LEO and being a part of the PR team, aswell as getting close the the community.
