2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
A.One of the reasons why i want to be the Leader of LSPD is i have had a lot of experience in legal orginisations, mainly SAHP, but i have been in LSPD multiple times and held multiple HC positions, I feel LSPD with the right Leadership and Deputies could flourish to be the best Legal ORG in the city. With the help of my carefully chosen Deputies i would like to carry this orginisation to be the best. I will use all of my knowledge and experience that i have learnt from being a 3x Term Deputy to bring pride to this organisation. I feel i can bring the knowledge i have collected from SAHP to LSPD and make it the best it can be!
B. I feel the best way that i can make this organisation strive will be to apply the correct training to all members, whether they have been in a Legal organisation before or not. I have been a officer of the Legal Orgs multiple times and one of the things i have noticed that could be improved has always been the training system. When out patrolling with fellow officers i have noticed multiple mistakes whilst they have been arrestinng people, this has lead to lawsuits, people being fired and worst of all punishment from the Gods. Under my Leadership i would ensure i have the best HRT team to apply the best thorough training methods, to ensure no mistakes are made.
C. I feel that in some previous terms at LSPD the activity hasn't been the best. Under my Leadership i would make it a priority to get activity to its highest calibre. I would ensure that all 911 calls are responded to with maximum efficiency. I would make sure that all hostage situations/store robberies are attended with maximum force and collaboration with the other Legal Orgs. I will ensure that there is a constant 24/7 towing team that will recieve maximum bonuses for their efforts. All members of LSPD will be rewarded with bonuses and promotions. High command positions will only be give to members who fully understand their responsibilities. The high command role will be given to members who fully know how all aspects of the orginisation work. Bonuses will be given for evey event attended win or lose. Bonuses and promotions will also be given to those who listen to their high commands and are showing good features of an officer.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
In my Leadership i will improve roleplay by ensuring all officers are correctly provided the training they will need to be a outstanding officer. In my term i will try to involve as much RP commands as possible. (Such as /me /try /do) I feel this will massively improve roleplay in the city. I feel that LSPD is a strong Orginisation but i would like to improve all relationships with the other Legal Orgs, i would like to enusure a fast response time to all situations that occur outside of the city. This will result in maximum efficiency and response time when attending global or local situations. All situations will be dealt with the same force no matter what the situatiuon is. All recourses will be used to ensure officer and civilian safety, such as droning areas, using roadblocks and using radar to catch speeding criminals. Constant Radio commuication will help make sure that all officers are striking at the exact same time, making it hard for any criminals get away. I feel this will also massively increase the RP in this organisation.
Departments
HRT ( Human Resource and Training ) - HRT is one of the most important departments. With the correct Troopers running this department then it ensures all new officers are epuipped with the knowledge they need.
PR ( Public Relations ) - Public relations is the department that will deal with the backlash from civilians that will come from law suits and subpeanas. PR is used to connect the public and LSPD together and show them what a great ORG we really are.
SWAT ( SWAT ) - This department are the Elites, they will always have maximum coordination and response times will be short to all events.
IA ( Internal Affairs ) -In my opinion Internal affairs is the most important department in the ORG. With a strict IA leader this will ensure all mistakes are dealt with accordingly.
UC ( Undercover ) - Undercover is there to help FIB with evidences and bust criminals trying to sell illegal items!
PE (Parking enforcement) This department has multiple jobs, Towing cars/fining cars/Speed traps.
