2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
A. I've been playing on this Server for more than 1.5 Years now, I believe I am well-suited to be a leader of LSPD due to my extensive experience and expertise As Leo. Throughout my time in the city, I have held high-ranking positions such as Deputy Chief, served multiple terms in the NG, FIB,SAHP, and LSPD. I have enough experience to be the Leader of LSPD.
B. Respect will always be prioritized. My primary goal is for every employee to be comfortable where they are. I will make sure everyone is treated with Respect regardless of the ranks, I want to create a friendly environment in the ORG.
C. I Will make sure my Officers are always there to help other Orgs and People looking for help, It will make our relations better with the public and other Orgs as well. I want to make SWAT and UC departments, the Most active departments, So they help Other Orgs in every mission, and Help FIB in collecting Evidences to decrease the crime rate from the city.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1. Knowledge of State legislation : LSPD officers Should really have good Knowledge of State Legislation. This knowledge ensures accurate roleplay interactions, realistic law enforcement procedures.
2. Using Radio Code : LSPD is home to many New players in the City. I will make sure they have strong grip on mostly used radio codes. So it will be Easy to Communicate with other ORG members!
3. Training Programs: Implement training programs that cover various LSPD operations, including procedural knowledge, tactical skills, and effective communication techniques(Radio codes). I will make sure that LSPD is well-prepared to handle any situation that they may encounter during their roleplaying.
