Greetings Admins,
On July 5, 2023, I enlisted in the National Guard. I joined at the North Gate, where I presented my prior experiences. Upon joining, I immediately became the target of two individuals named Goksu Solid and Bora. They issued petty strikes against me, which were related to Discord. As I interacted with them and experienced the organization, I realized that it was poorly managed. Consequently, I made the decision to transfer out of the National Guard and join the government (GOV). I sought approval from Nik Payne, the leader of GOV, and reached out to Diamond to discuss the issue and my desired transfer. Our communication took place via direct messages (DMs). In the DM conversation, I expressed my request to transfer to GOV and join the Department of Justice (DOJ). However, Diamond responded in a highly toxic and inappropriate manner, despite being an acting leader. He mentioned that he had no intention of replying to my DM, which was acceptable to me. It was clear that he did not want me in his organization, so he threatened to blacklist me, as well as another individual named Draven Armani, from the National Guard. He proceeded to demote me to the Suspended rank within the game. At that moment, I chose to immediately leave the organization due to the inappropriate behavior exhibited. Diamond's actions violated the rules by metagaming, as he demoted me in the game without a valid in-character reason (failure to contact) and breached the existing laws. His conduct demonstrated a lack of maturity and suitability for a leadership role. Furthermore, in my discussions with the administration, each member found fault with this incident. I also discovered that Diamond informed his Curators about the targeting within the organization, which resulted in us receiving strikes, despite Goksu and Bora engaging in inappropriate actions against us. These two individuals, whom we had previously removed and blacklisted, were seeking revenge, and Diamond supported their wrongful actions, despite knowing they were unjust. As a leader, he should have taken responsibility and addressed conflicts according to Leader rule 2.3. All the parties involved in this situation share a common bond, being part of the same family, and are unafraid of displaying bias towards one another. Ultimately, Diamond's issuance of a strike was merely a facade to create the illusion of taking action.
