1. Leader of… The Federal Investigation Bureau
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1) Experience… I’ve been apart of the FIB Org since December of 2021 on the EN-1 City being the first org where I’ve started from the bottom and built my way up, I’ve made many friends along the way and eventually earning my rank from Jr Agent to Supervisor of HR, to 00 to Head of Department of Human Resources and finally ending on Chief of Staff, so I know how each department and Rank should work, how to maintain proper knowledge of RP, my punishment history on en-1 is small to non existent as I try my best to follow Rules And Regulations of the Project and of my org.
2) Likeability/Respectability… I’ve build up my character from EN-1 & EN-3 around respect and treat every situation as if it was IRL, I show people respect despite not liking them, I’ve always respected org jurisdictions, and has always been trying my best to keep communication with other orgs instead of barging my way in, with the phrase “I’m FIB, you don't know anything about this” so I want to rebuild an org around the same respect that I’ve given other orgs, I want to have our agents treating every situation with a calm respectable manner.
3) Activity… under many directors in FIB the biggest main problem that causes so many issues is the Orgs Activity, there's always been a significant amount of agents standing around garage, and on floor 49 but not as many agents on the streets of LS, doing busts, making arrests, Undercover should be taking plates at FZ raids, Store robberies, or even just going UC into ghetto for evidence purposes, to help combat the quickly rising criminal activities. I wanna have a new age of 00s that does alot more than just a flashy rank, I want 00s to be in charge of going deep undercover etc.
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in the organization.
Under my leadership of the FIB, the Federal Bureau will see major changes brought to the organization, including command structure, FIB Departments and how they operate and run, and how 00 Agents will be chosen and how they will operate.
I will bring on weekly promotion ceremonies hosted by the Human Resources Department, in which the HR Leadership team will review every and all agents inside the org and access their Activity and what they bring to the org and give out fair promotions
I will have weekly high command meetings with the heads of departments and their deputies, deputies, and Chief of Staff and discuss any changes each HODs have to offer for the org and their departments.
I will implement shifts into the FIB to better tackle activity between Mornings/Evenings and Evenings/Nights and I will implement bonus systems for agents who are on shift during late nights
Department of Human Resources
The department of Human Resources will be a small team in charge of recruitments, bodycam inspections, Internal affairs and External Affairs regarding Federal Agents.
Department of Field Training Operations
This department is a team known as "FTOs" and they handle the overall training of all federal agents when they first join the org as well they give refresher trainings of old agents as well.
FIB Trainings will go through 3 Phases of trainings
Phase 1: Basic LEO Knowledge, how to make arrests, how to write fines, a basic overview of the PDA System, and a basic understanding on what the FIB is and how FIB operates!
Phase 2: First Arrest Bodycam, After every New Agent's first phase of training, they go out on patrol for the first time with another FIB Agent where they go out and look for criminal activates and make an arrest, once they complete the full arrest they save their bodycam and post it in their logs tagging FTOs for review.
Phase 3: First Event Bodycam, Every new agent must show bodycam of them attending any situation (i.e. 24/7 Robbery, Hostage Situation, Ammo runs etc.)
Upon passing all 3 phases of trainings the Agent is promoted to their next rank and is welcomed to the FIB Family!
Department of Special Operations
This department will be responsible in hosting trainings with other state orgs, dealing with lower city patrols, planning at gunstores and 24/7 robberies, and various hostage situations across the state, they will be tracking high profiled criminals and conducting cannabis hunts.
Department of Criminal Investigations (CID)
This department will be responsible for arranging active busts to illegal fire arm sellers across the state, going undercover into lower parts of the city to collect evidence on criminal activities, any active crime scenes they will lead the investigations etc.
Thank you for coming and reading my Application for FIB director, and I wish all the best and all the luck to the other applicants! FIB on Top.
