2. Being a Leader of a past organisation, there are many factors which you develop whilst experiencing new outcomes. Looking at what went successfully in my previous leadership and perhaps developing them, for more success or to suit the organisation;
An organisation like FIB doesn’t come with any ease, you need to develop a strong reliable foundation of employees that are up to it with the job, obviously to avoid any inconveniences. In my best interest, Law Enforcement Section has always entertained me, as you see at the moment, majority of the LEO population can not function with good role playing standard, rather just read of a book.

Secondly, I am a person who accepts a challenge, reviewing how other leaders performed, i would like to focus on their weak points, this not only shows passion but also dedication, since their weak points maybe something that let them down, and in order to run successfully, you plan ahead and effectively. Prioritising what needs to be done, ie. To complete the raid season in time, as well as showing everyone how strong and effective an organisation like FIB is.

I am a returning player, and understanding of how organisations may suffer from low numbers, plans and schemes to encourage employees to attend every event without hesitation, building a strong foundation of agents who have the right mind and skill sets. From experiencing as a curator point of view there are few important factors that a leader should rely on, Activity, Performance and Organisation sanctions. Ensuring i have a trustworthy and reliable Heads and Deputies etc, all of this contradicts to how your organisation will run.

Many leaders often use common ways of encouraging activity, such as small bonuses. This wont attract barely anyone. Rather creating large events, with cash prizes or etc can increase competition in the org, ultimately meaning an increase in activity since members are trying hard to come out successfully.

FIB is an organisation where you will need many many intellectual members, obviously to counteract gangs and families in raids robberies etc, so by increasing organisation popularity you will gain a stronger workforce.

Improving RP in FIB:

- From what ive experienced, leaders want to impose new strategies and developments but not acknowledging the fact that some employees don’t understand what to do in events, such as negotiations in robberies etc, employees training and practising ensuring there is minimum faults in rp scenarios, FIB are seen as the superior organisation and i would like to keep it that way.

- When attending events, usually organisations go in all guns blazing and get pulverised one by one, with no prior plan on how to tackle a situation such as subs or bank robbery, this makes agents an easy target for gangs, being robbed and killed, making a plan for each event or a small brief can go a long way, clear communication and execution as how the real forces would act, leads to success.

- To increase better RP, I believe focusing on collaboration and teamwork goes a long way, with accurate communication and confidence in your team mates, instead of it being two sided. Additionally this would mean better collaboration with partnering legal orgs which ultimately gives a better advantage to Law Enforcement section against gangs.
