2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization?

I have started my career in LSPD almost 2 years ago and from there I have accumulated a ton of experience, met a lot of leaders and got to know how they lead their Organisations. Therefore, I want to combine my knowledge and experience, I gained from working with leaders like: Gabi Tosca, Omer Hill, Hov Cartier, Hank and Sbeecha Volkov and create an Organisation, Team and Family for everyone.
  1. I want to create a new type of LSPD, combining old Ideas from gabis term with newer ones that were introduced in Jessicas term. Therefore, creating a new, interesting, Roleplay focused LSPD. I am more than capable of achieving my goal, should I get the leadership, because I not only have the necessary qualifications, I can also create a healthy and productive climate in LSPD. I will achieve this by bringing my own experienced people to the table, but still leave a lot of space for former LSPD to get promoted and contribute to the Organisation.

  1. I have experienced good and bad times in LSPD (and other Orgs in general), especially if Corruption and Favouritism gain the upper hand, that’s why I want the next two terms to be led by a competent leader, who is strict, fair and professional. Because it's quite common to hear that LSPD only consist out of inexperienced and unprofessional Officers and I want to change that.

  1. In my opinion the LSPD is one of the starting points for a lot of LEOs, therefore the Chief of Police holds a lot of responsibility and has to face a lot of challenges on his way to a successful term. I am ready to face these as I can always rely on my friends and colleagues to help me out, back me up or just contribute to the Organisation.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay in the organisation

  1. I want that every new officer has to pass the police academy, which will ensure that our officers have a good understanding of the Law, City Rules and know how to maintain professionalism while on duty, this will, in the long run, lift the RolePlay level and increase the willingness of our officers to engage and start good RP.

  1. My goal is it to ensure that the more experienced officers choose a department, that really fits them and one that their willing to master. What do I mean by that? Well, if you are only focusing on one department, like HR, you can train people way better as you would, if you are working in three departments the same time. That means that the job of these specific people changes from Patrol Officer to HR Training Specialist or SWAT Operative. Which will result in a more effective and specialised LSPD.

  1. I also want to work closely with other organisations like: FIB (Joint Operations) SAHP (Special Patrols) or NG (Combined training sessions), by doing that and always maintaining good relations with all organisation, LSPD (and other Orgs) will be able to win Events and overall rise to a new quality of policing.
