ID 84417 will be punished for Ghetto Rule 1.3
ID 82752 will be punished for Ghetto Rule 1.3 & 1.4.
On the HQ of a gang, it is forbidden to visit without IC reason(e.g. Raid, talk to deputies/leader) for all organisations.
It is forbidden to push/kill gangmembers on their HQ. You are not allowed to enter on HQ of another gang without permission.
However,
ID 106616 will be punished for Ghetto Rule 1.5
If you are standing on your HQ it is forbidden to start shooting from your own territory.
