2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation):
• Firstly: LSPD has a major role in the city that makes it different from other organisations, it is a respected and valued organisation which contributes alot to the city, I have been on the law encofrcement side for a long time and I wish to be a leader one day, major experience in SAHP, FIB as a HC for 2 terms and LSPD once as a captain, my last months in FIB had me to learn a various amount of informations regarding the LEO side which makes me very aware of everything that would happen in LSPD.
• Good and adequant training with be provided to new comers and I will get the advisors of HR to focus more and attend field trainings with the HR team to make sure everything is going smoothly. Many areas of training are needed for an officer to understand and be aware of the laws and do's and dont's, PDA will be explained by details in the field trainings aswell as the bodycam. by this way either the officer, the organisation and the citizens will stay safe.
• Good relations between organisations will take a main part among my term as a leader of LSPD and I will keep a good level of co-operation. Aswell as with the citizens, I will make sure that all the high commands are capable of communicating well with citizens and explaining them every single thing related to their
inquiries. Complaints and grievence forms will be strongly supported and that plays a major part in the following reason about corruption fight.
• Corruption will be fought with all means and types, complaints against officers will be dealt with and it will take priority in the IA team, I want the Internal Affairs team to be the leading force of the organisation aswell as the towing team, this last is important to keep the city from random vehicles in the streets that drives me and everyone in the city crazy. With all that, I want to make sure that every single fine is given correctly and I will bring back the traffic radars stops to enforce the law at some crucial places like PH and city checkpoint.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.:
• There are alot of situations, if for example we were patrolling near Mirror Park and the suspect flew to the mountains close with his sport car, I will not make a scene about it, but I will get or advise to get his plate number and fine him with the adequant amount and reason.
• Additionally, I will be focusing on the RP comands thing, which nobody cares about these days and they do not know how to correctly use it, it is very helpful and makes players in the server realise that there are different ways to RP besides the basic things.
• To add up, I will focus on the correct use of the organisation chats, and make people aware that they cannot rely on the NON RP chat to act ICly, I will make sure that every situation is handled at the correct chat. Department chat is also important to look up, people these days mess departments more often(which It never happened to me ever), and thats by rushing it and not taking the time to re check if any mistakes were made.
• PR events are a major factor in the city and they should be more often, especially in free time when there is no events or anything about to happen, to take it slowly and make everything pass smoothly, thats a great way to introduce the fun part of being a LEO and being a part of the PR team, aswell as getting close the the community.
• A good way to enhance the RP is to handle the majority of the situations in-character rather than on forums. For instance, if someone interjects in an RP situation, I won't cut the RP for that but instead, I'll carry on and act as if I'm not aware of what he is saying and if he could say it another way, that would be good.
• One last thing that I want to mention, very rarely these days, I see police men use tapes, they play a huge role in the safety of the city aswell as they give a kind of good environment for the officers to do their jobs if the crime scene was large(middle of the road, pacific bank....). Good use of some barricades can help too, they can protect suspects and officers if they are standing in the middle of the street and they provide a good level of RP.
4. Departmens:
• Major Crimes Division: This department will be same as SWAT and it will be focused on ghetto patrols and special missions.
• Detective Bureau: It will be focusing on hunting lvl 1-2 stars criminals while dressing as undercover in city.
• Humand resource and training: Will focus mainly on field trainings and recruitments aswell as promotions.
• Public Relations: Will focus on events and getting close to citizens.
• Towing department: Will focus on clearing the city and special zones in city, giving traffic fines and towing mal-parked vehicles.
• Internal Affairs: Will handle trunk searches, license checks and corruption fights.
