Upon reviewing the evidence I have decided to Deny this report.
(No break of Ghetto Rule 1.12)
ID 76971 gave the demands to leave the area but ID 80652 firstly was not listing to the demands then was moving the car slowly.
(ID 76971 shooted after giving the proper demands, ID 80652 was in his Gun range that means ID 80652 didn't leave the area )
