The life of a Polish citizen, Tiny Sykes, When he first flew into the city of los santos he was heavily influenced by the life of crime due to seeing it as a fast way to get rich fast through out the time of him trying to make a living by doing everything he could as a gang member and was not afraid to kill if need be, he started realising that this wasnt the way to live and wanted to make a change not only for himself but the city too, soon enough he joined LSPD climbed his way through the ranks for months before finally getting a shot at joining FIB, once this happened he thought all will be well and finally he can make a positive impact by raiding gangs and locking them up for their crimes, but as time went on he realised that everything he was doing sometimes wasnt enough no matter how well it was done by the books he started looking back at his past life due to still not being financially stable and seeing that there could be so much more done if he did stuff his own way, this lead to tiny slowly but surely leanining towards using whatever he can to gain advantage this lead to him joining back LSPD knowing that there is alot of people who wouldnt doubt or suspect him of much when it came time to bend the law in his favour...
Outcomes:
1. Tiny can acquire, utilize, or sell legal (not ORG), or illegal (XXX) weapons, off-duty or on-duty.
2. Tiny can help people escape jail (through DarkNET)
3. Tiny can take bribes of up to $100,000 to set people free, reduce their sentences, or remove them from the wanted list.
4. Tiny can threaten Judges and Lawyers, extort them or use violence in order to get what he wants.
5. Tiny can use radio off duty and carries his badge with him at all times
6. Tiny can perform any illegal activity due to his criminal past.
7. Tiny is able to torture/interrogate/kill for information.
8. Tiny can let suspects go free if they are in his family or friends
9. Tiny can decline the offer to provide a lawyer to the suspect, without identifying himself with an ID.
