While I was trying to cross the road, my car spin and they tried to attack me without giving demand, from that moment on, while our official gave me an unfair penalty, he did not impose any sanctions on them.

Rejected. You did break a rule. Regarding other people if they violated rules make complaint as from administrators pov only vdm part is there+ avoiding forum ban
