Dear Bobby/Floki/Adham, I hope u are in a good state of health while u are reading this to start off I want to say that everything is going a bit good than before and the grand rp status too specially en3 which I think is healing and will be on TOP once again with same player base as again and RP quality ofc but As u guys told in some complaints or place that u guys(admins) did a lot of efforts to improve RP in this server but the rest should be done by players so I also want to contribute as leader again but for the past what I did I get stuck due to my blacklist but I think I can improve RP to next level if I get one more chance and be the best example to other leader who want to improve RP as I think if a leader is complying and allowing a good RP his deputy will if his/her leader and his hc will from this chain I think it will spread the legacy and dignity to improve RP so for that I am wanting a last chance to prove myself my dedication , my will power as a Leader so if u consider I will assure u that I wont let u down by this choice if u didnt like my thing or my term once again after chance Im ready to get blacklisted from whole server or any other punishment which is harsh enough like perm ban or something for exchange I just wanting a one very very last chance to go for leader , As if u would my account logs u would know that I am being a regular active player in En3 once again with a will power to improve RP and give players a enhance exp in a ORG for that Im trying to do some efforts like trainings with other ORGS team fight Strategy ethics etc even though this might be a simple effort but I do think its enough to start my journey but as I am not an leader nor a deputy atm I am not able to do it to the fullest but with little effort even though if the appeal doesnt get accept I will still continue to gather up fun and exciting ideas for new trainings every day so other orgs and we always be on bond but for that if u guys would consider me for the last time I wont do such things like before I would do the things I will say no matter what if its bad or good and Will try to be a good example of if u did something bad in past doesnt mean u will do it future again 
so all the hopes on mine and dignity remains on your des and I do believe giving me one last chance wont affect but will improve as lot of people is getting a chance even though they disband without a valid reason but in my case most of the things are different and unfair ( It might not be unfair as u gave a chance but still the reason I disband was really serious again I was also rejected for my time zone which was kinda unfair but its also fair as a curator u will always want something good for future and I do respect that and I promised that and I do believe I did that too when I was serving as leader I did played at night but from the very last day things werent same as I was travelling etc etc) So I kept my promise Played at night and I would bring a lot of activity and didnt got time to give my correct move a chance due to my very bad luck , So in conclusion I do think I deserve a one very last chance for Leader seat and I do have a lot of will power and dignity to be shown in this position and lead to TOP specially if it is NG where people thinks its the most boring , So pls consider this for one very last time and if I didnt did well feel free to blacklist me as all I am wanting is a one more FAIR chance to become a leader like others All hope's remains on your des , Thanks for reading it and spending time to consider/read it in your busy life thanks.
