LIFE STORY:
Everybody thinks California is sunshine, blondes, surfers and movie stars. Well thats southern California. Kevin is from the Bay Area, Oakland, california. Its cold, rainy, windy and drug infested. At the age of 10 Kevin found that out first hand when he came home from school to find his mom had OD'D off of herion. With his mom gone it was him his brother King Lamar, and his dad. Pops was a ruthless drug kinpin who tried to keep his sons out the mix but after mom died they moved to Los Santos and saw exactly how life was. a whirlwind of violence, drugs, whores, police and corruption everywhere. At 15 his door was kicked in by the FIB in which they found 26 kilos of cocaine, 14 pounds of weed, 2 keys of crystal, 5 automatic rifles, and half a million in cash. They took everybody to jail even a young Kevin and railroaded him by giving him 5 years in youth authority. From there he actually became a criminal bribing guards, killing snitches and pedos, all while trying to find his brother and dad and where they were locked up at.
Career Story:
Upon his release Kevin with nothing started hustling drugs and women on the streets of Los Santos. He made a small fortune and was living relatively good when a chain of events occurred that changed his life. One day traveling to the capital to pay his home insurance he was randomly searched by USSS agents, thinking he would pay his bill then leave to make a drop in the ghetto, agents found a cicumsized shotgun on him and cocaine. He didnt run or argue he simply said I messed up take me to jail. Upon hearing that statement a young secretary of finance Nik Payne gave him a one and a lifetime chance, change his behavior and work for the Government or go to jail for some more years. Gov it was. As a USSS agent it was hard for Kevin to rank up because he broke so many rules. defied authority and never took his job serious, until Jack Reacher found him and transfered him to IAA. from there he flourished, learning the job talking with Poppy about law at length he began to understand the justice system more clearly. when IAA was abruptly shutdown he transfered to FIB working undercover busting the same drug lords he used to sell to. he moved up to HOD, but wasnt satisfied. He had something to prove to Gov. He was rehired and quickly ranked up to deputy director until his friend Daryll Scott became chief of Lspd and offered him a job as assistant chief, there he learned how to handle different charcters accordingly became well liked and when Lspd was disbanded came back to Gov where he is now Minister of Education a role he can use for better or worse
1. Kevin is able to take on a 1v2 due to his extensive training in LSPD, FIB, and USSS. ( Kevin still have to show fear when needed )
2. Kevin is able to pick up guns and ammunition from the ground for his own benefit. (Not in a gun fight)
3. Kevin is able to use the black-market to buy and sell guns and ammunition for his personal benefit. (Not able to sell organization weapons/items)
4. Kevin is able to go to ghetto off duty to kill and rob people due to his street knowledge.
5. Kevin is able to hang around his gang friends in ghetto due to him being a past gang member.
6. Kevin is able to smash suspects bodycam to stop them from recording. (using /try)
7. Kevin is able to plant drugs/illegal items on suspects to incriminate them.
8. Kevin is able to torture he can throw someone out of the helicopter as a method of torture and use truth serum on suspects for intel. (using /try)
9. Kevin can lie and manipulate the law to confuse LEOs and help his friends or family out of certain situations.
10. Kevin is Loyal to his close friends and family and can turn a blind eye in certain situations and is able to take bribes from them. (up to $100k)
