Cuffed while moving and gun in hand as well as no demands were given while cuffing or grabing , Took two suspects in cuffed alone to DOC. (All in POV)

(They are allowed to cuff YOU while YOU have a gun in your hands.... but they cannot cuff somebody if they have a gun in their hands, in this case... she's holding the tazer while cuffing)​
