I am writing to appeal the ban that was recently imposed on my account in accordance with rule 1.7 of your server's regulations. I understand and respect the importance of maintaining a fair gaming environment, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the situation.
I got banned because I broke a rule that said I had to record my point of view during the event and keep the recording for 48 hours. I diligently followed this requirement and ensured that I recorded my gameplay as instructed. However, upon reviewing the footage, I encountered an unexpected technical issue: the video displayed as a black screen.
I'm really sorry for the unexpected issue that occurred. It was something I couldn't control. I truly wanted to follow the rule but unfortunately, the problem with the video stopped me from meeting the requirement, which led to the ban.
