Jack Ninja was born in United Kingdom on the 5th May 2007 and he had 2 parents which was a mum and dad but he found it very hard at times as his mum was diagnosed with cancer and he couldn't see her for a couple of weeks which she was left with 2 days to live so Jack and his dad tried to focus on their own lives until one day, a parcel arrived with Jacks name on it from the hospital saying she managed to survived so they both waited a couple of days until they could go pick her up. On the way there the car managed to get into a horrible crash which included 2 cars so Jack jumped out and went through the fields with his dad and decided to start a new life without the mum. The outcome of this is that Jack had to stay with his dad until he passes due to his healthcare.

Before Jack joined FIB he was a gang member trying to earn as much money as possible while selling guns to the local until one day which hit him very hard, his dad had a work about his illegal activity saying about him having to stop it and start a career so that's what he did and he joined SAHP first to get a bit of experience with the work and learnt a lot and went to FIB to try very hard work and worked all day everyday trying to earn as much money as possible. Jack then left for 2 weeks and joined a family which helped him a lot and then he joined FIB which gave him lots of opportunities. He spent 10 hours a day working for FIB then he heard about being corrupt and a way of earning money.
Outcomes:
1-Jack is able to take bribes up to 100k maximum
2-Jack is able to try break civilian bodycams (/try per situation)
3-Jack might want to keep his privacy when doing corrupt activities so he might decline to show id when asked for it
4-Jack can pick up illegal weapons off the floor and keep them after events happen
5-Jack Can remove criminals from the wanted list or reduce sentence
6-Jack is able to take criminals weapon instead of confiscating it.
