Who Is Arsen ?
Yusuf, who collects garbage on the dirty streets of Los Angeles, meets the mafia boss Koray and Koray asks him if he has a lighter. After a deep conversation, where he gives Yusuf his lighter and cigarette, Koray asks if he will be with me. Yusuf accepts this offer and they commit many armed robberies together. In 1981, they become Italy's biggest mafia boss and call themselves Arsen. In 1981, Koray is assassinated and dies. Later, Yusuf swore revenge and took her revenge in 1982 and could not stand Koray's absence and committed suicide. Yusuf's child, Jr Yusuf, takes over the Arsen.

Rank 3. "Family Member: Given to members that have experience in Robbing, etc
Rank 4. "Enforcer: Given to members that are good shooters and have high expirience.
Rank 5. "Grande: Given to members that have passed our loyality test.
Rank 6. "On Duty: Given to members that organize events like hostage, etc..
Rank 7. "Under Duty": Given to members that leads events like family raids, etc
Rank 8. "Deputy": Given to members to monitor Lower ranks and help them grow.
Rank 9. "Kurucu": Given to members that is capable to fulfill leader requirments in his absense.
