i think he missed nop but i wish the officer could be more punish for it bcz he did ub drive also gen 6.16 for this case. Thanks alot.

After checking the video over and over again I did not see the 4 people in the car. However your screenshot shows there was 4 people and after frame-by-frame video check I see this in the video as well.

I do however also feel the UB Driving punishments were correct and are not being questioned.
