As the leader of Families, I would be dedicated to developing and implementing strategies that would help the organization achieve its goals. I am willing to put in the time and effort necessary to make Families a thriving community.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.

- Mentorship: Assign experienced members to mentor new members in role-playing to help them learn and improve.
- Inclusivity: Create a supportive and inclusive environment where members feel comfortable expressing themselves and trying new things. It's important to be welcoming to members of all skill levels and backgrounds.
