2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
>> 1st Reason:
- I have worked as LEO in many Different Organizations. I have managed to advise people and correct their path when I do something wrong. I feel the Los Santos Police department after Chief Oghi Flan has failed to satisfy the needs of public, City is now slowly turning into a Ghetto, and I have seen fear in the eyes of the people. I as a Leader, am confident I will make LS the safest place on earth.
>> 2nd Reason:
- In many terms, I have seen LSPD failing to attend Emergence events, and I have a solution to combat that. As an LSPD, I will myself enter the field and lead the way for my men. I see LSPD more as a Team, I would consider myself an integral part of team and will be ready to die for my men in danger.
>> 3rd Reason (What I will follow to make the Team better?)
- Mainly, respect my Higher Ups. They know better and I will take their advise to make my org better.
Secondly, will zero in additional on the FTO and IA. As their part is the most Indispensable. I will make an open one-on-one delegated assessment framework so that individuals to go adaptable on Rules. I will be a tutor in excess of a Pioneer. I will make a coordinated group of IA to determine any Issues inside the organization.
3. My Goals for the Organization (General) :
>> Build a Strong Team: My recruitment efforts would be focused on finding people who are committed to their roleplay and recognize the value of teamwork. Training sessions would be held often to improve abilities and guarantee professionalism.
>> Community Engagement: I think it's important to promote good ties between the police and the local population. To foster trust, understanding, and cooperation, I would advise officers to actively interact with locals, go to neighborhood events, and hold informative seminars.
>> Professional Development: Through training programs, workshops, and chances for promotion within the department itself, but I would suggest officers to keep growing their abilities and expertise. This would guarantee that the LSPD continues to be a vibrant and powerful force.
>> Continuous Improvement: To pinpoint areas for improvement, regular feedback from officers and the community is required. In order to ensure a forward-thinking and responsive LSPD, I would actively solicit feedback, suggestions, and concerns.
>> Many people will not like it but, I will put an end to the Rank game and Nepotism. People will receive their ranks depending on the rank scored by them in an aptitude test upon joining, This test will be personally set by me and will make sure only deserving officers will be at the better ranks.
>> War-cry : Doesn't matter if we are National Guard or not, I will make sure every officer is down to the roots and will remember they belong to a team, a team better than before...

4. What I feel are the Demerits if I lead the Org:
>> I have a frigid personality. Corruption and other forms of unprofessionalism are unacceptable to me. Such individuals will face severe punishment from me, and I will never feel sorry for them.
>> Although it could be an organization, I think of the LSPD as a family. To those who adhere to the guidelines, I will be courteous. And I do anything to support my men.
5. Suggestions To Improve the RP.
>> I will suggest the interaction is less with the public and the cops. I will suggest a proper roleplay situations from treating a HC till making a convoy. There must be a code of respect among all.
>> I would suggest more usage of org assets, Like more Painted cars, bikes, better uniforms and also an additional HQ near the powerplant to be made as a sub-division which will improve RP. (Similar to EMS having SH and PH)
