I am writing to appeal the ban that was recently imposed on my account in accordance with rule event 1.7 of your server's regulations.
I got banneed because my war POV that i recorded is fully black.However, upon reviewing the footage, I encountered an unexpected technical issue: the video displayed as a black screen.But I posted the POV within 48 hours.
So,I posted a forum and admin Lebron saw my forum and reduced my ban to 15 days as a first time consideration .I am so greatful for this.

But the purpose for the forum was to save my houses (those were only paid for 11 days) .As you can see I will lose my all houses for the technical issue that actually completely out of my hand. Its actually injustice for me. Did nothing and lost everything.

This was my first time at war also this is my first punishment .I dont have any punishment history and didnt even got single warning. I tried to obey and respect all rules for fair gaming.
I am not requesting for unban me ,I am requesting for reduce my ban to 7/8 days so that I can pay my houses.
