Dear Floki,
My friend had a house and we wanted to create a family. But due to i had no home, my friend offered to me to sell the house and sold it for state price. Because of the family, he wanted to give my money back. I knew gr 1.9 rule fully but i thought it wasn't a problem because he sold for the state price. We didn't have a purpose like tax evading and i didnt knew i broke that rule. Otherwise i wouldn't ever do that. I sincere my apologies.
