2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation):

I have been member of SANG in different rp servers specifically DE2 now in this i came in ng and got the position of head of CRM and Major,I have the required not top notch but better experience to lead NG.I wanna NG Achieving new heights

The NG is the backbone of the city and we will provide the outmost activity to the city in the very fun and interactive way.
The reason i wanted to become the General is to continue the legacy Steve left behind and NGFIB back on track . My idea of being General is to bring forth all the people who are willingly to provide top class roleplay in every situation.
i will engage more with every rank people to listen to there problems and suggestion as they are those people facing the main problem in the city as there day to day routine my main focus will be to provide them the backup and learning so that they remain professional and provide the best experience to the people in the city .
Choosing right person for the right position would be my priority as they may be leading the organization from the base but they are indeed the very important part in overall growth and functioning of the organization . We would be working as fam where everyone will be treated with respect , dignity and will be given every chance to prove and shine among the people

More global event to get enganged as a organization with the other organization to relax and laugh will also be my priority.

The leader may lead the organization from the front and be in everyones eyes but the people who hold the leader and support him is the organization are the people we want in the organization . i will be building to get NG as the most dignified organization .

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in the organization

3.1 Regiments

~Well we got some regiments but to make it more realistic and rp wise we will implement some changes like
25th Special Forces Brigade
The 25th Special Forces Group includes roles such as combat medics and members of the ghost squad. Here's a summary of their responsibilities:

a)Combat Medics: Special Forces combat medics within the 25th Special Forces Group are highly trained in providing medical care in combat situations. They provide immediate medical assistance, stabilize injured personnel, and evacuate them for further treatment. Combat medics play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of the team members during missions.
b)Ghost Squad(SASD): The ghost squad refers to a specialized unit or team within the 25th Special Forces Group that operates with a high level of discretion and secrecy. Ghost squad members are skilled in covert operations, intelligence gathering, and conducting precise and targeted actions against enemy threats. They often work behind enemy lines or in sensitive environments to accomplish specific objectives with minimal detection.

90th Aviation Regiment An Aviation Regiment is a military unit responsible for conducting aviation operations within a specific branch of the armed forces. It is responsible for:
~Conducting aviation operations.
~Piloting and operating aircraft.
~Maintaining and managing aircraft and equipment.
~Planning and coordinating missions.
~Supporting airborne assaults and insertions.
~Providing medical evacuation capabilities.
~Ensuring safety and managing risks.

68th Joint Security and Intelligence Brigade
a)Military Police Regiment: The Military Police Regiment within the brigade is responsible for maintaining order, enforcing military laws and regulations, and providing security within military installations. Their duties include conducting patrols, responding to incidents, and investigating crimes. They ensure the safety and protection of personnel, facilities, and resources.
b)Military Intelligence Regiment: The Military Intelligence Regiment plays a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and disseminating intelligence related to military operations and potential threats. They collect information through various means, such as signals intelligence, human intelligence, and imagery intelligence. The regiment's analysts process and evaluate the collected intelligence to support decision-making by commanders and decision-makers at different levels.
12th Recruitment and Training Regiment
a)Recruitment Battalion:
This battalion is responsible for the recruitment and selection of personnel for the military. They conduct outreach programs, organize recruitment events, and engage with potential candidates. The battalion's recruiters identify individuals with the necessary qualifications, skills, and attributes to serve in the military and guide them through the application and enlistment process.
b)Training Battalion:The training battalion focuses on preparing and developing new recruits for military service. They provide basic military training, including physical fitness, drill and ceremony, weapons proficiency, and tactical skills. The battalion's instructors ensure that recruits acquire the necessary knowledge, discipline, and teamwork abilities to become effective members of the military. They may also provide specialized training for specific roles or occupational specialties within the military.

3.2 Training Programs: Develop comprehensive training programs focused on role-playing skills, including workshops for character development and improvisation.

3.3 Clear Guidelines: Establish explicit role-play guidelines for behavior, communication, and realism to ensure consistency and quality.
