2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation) I want to be leader of the families gang as I was former leader of Ballas and Marabunta my Marabunta term was very strong I feel like I could do the same thing for the families gang with my experience I feel like I could make families gang the most feared gang In grand rp history I have also been deputy of every gang besides bloods if given the opportunity to run this gang I would bring strong numbers making sure that the ghetto is always green I would also try to get 100% turfs I would also do more store robberies , fz daily battleships everyday clands etc. if given the opportunity I wouldn’t let you guys down thanks for ready my application I hope you consider me ~Jayy Yankova

My advice for improving roleplay is to make sure we have good trust worthy people in the organization who know the rules and to do more events to bring people together more.
