last night when i was playing i got connection lost and i tried to relog with my wifi network it was showing that your ip address has been banned and when i am logging in with my mobile network it was logging in and also it was showing that ip address was banned on 02-01-2022 but i was just stared playing from 23-01-2023 so can you resolve this issue as soon as possible.
