Life Story:
Kingo was born and was left on the street of the Ghetto, He was picked up by the Blood Street Gang and was named Kingo,
After he got a little older he was thought how to survive in the Ghetto and was trained by a Skilled shooter
and a great getaway driver to Help the gang out in the future, He was given a Revolver when he turned 15 Years old and was given the task of killing
a former HC of the gang that was caught snitching to the cops, It was his first day that he would put all of the training
to work. After he was done with his task he learned that he found enjoyment in these types of "tasks", After that day he would go around in the ghetto and find and eliminate people that will be a "threat" to him or his gang.
Because of his bad habit of killing anyone and everyone Kingo had killed countless Gang members and Leos and because of that he had gotten an Arrest warrant issued against him after some time a Bounty was also placed on his head, Kingo tried to keep a low profile but was snitched out by his gang members, He killed the all the gang members who snitched on him in anger, but it was too late he was caught by the police and arrested, but he had some contacts inside the DOC that helped him in clearing his record and escaping, After escaping he couldn't go back to his old life because the bounty was still on his head and he couldn't trust anyone because of what happened last time,
Career Story:
Kingo thought of joining the Legal side of the city, he had already got a clear record and decided to change his name to Mingo Ziganaa after starting a new life as an honest guy. Mingo started to work in SAHP. After serving in SAHP for some time he decided to leave SAHP and join FIB Junior Agent Under Notix Haze as SSA 3, after serving Notix's and Hanks's term he left FIB and took a break and went underground but when he heard a familiar name had gotten FIBs Leadership came back to the city and decided to join FIB back, but after some time had passed and the term had ended he decided to still stay on the good side and join LSPD and received Lieutenant Rank but his old habits were getting back and to him and it was getting worse day by day.
1. Mingo can torture/Interrogate for information by using truth serum, and even on lawyers by using /try command.
2. Mingo can smash and break bodycams
3. Mingo can remove criminals from the wanted list or reduce the sentence
4. Mingo will be able to sell illegal weapons that he picked up from gang/family members
5. Mingo can let suspects go free if they're in his family and aid them in escaping
6. Mingo Can Take Bribes And Kill Criminals If they are not Obeying Him
