2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
A. NG was the first Organization When i joined the city. I've been to mostly All the Orgs in the City But NG was always a Home to me. I've been in NG for more then 5-6 Terms. I love the Environment of NG. Nobody disrespects any soldier. They all have a great bonding regardless of the Ranks. I want to Continue this journey, Respect will always be prioritized. My primary goal is for every employee to be comfortable where they are. I will make sure everyone is treated with Respect regardless of the ranks, I want to create a friendly environment in the ORG.
B. I've been playing on this Server for more than 1.5 Years now, I believe I am well-suited to be a leader of NG due to my extensive experience and expertise As Leo. Throughout my time in the city, I have held high-ranking positions such as Lt.Colonel, Deputy Chief, served multiple terms in the NG, FIB,SAHP, and LSPD. I have enough experience to be the Leader of NG.
C. RR is the one of the most important department in the NG, I will make Sure We have Weekly Training Sessions about the Rules. and Open Recruitment twice a Week.
So NG will have MAX numbers Anytime and they are there to Tackle any situation. I Will make sure my Soldiers are always there to help other Orgs , It will make our relations better with the Orgs as well.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. Training Programs: Implement comprehensive training programs that cover various aspects of National Guard operations, including procedural knowledge, tactical skills, and effective communication techniques. These programs will ensure that National Guard members are well-prepared to handle any situation they may encounter during roleplaying scenarios.
2. Using Radio Code : NG is home to many New players in the City. I will make sure they have strong grip on mostly used radio codes. So it will be Easy to Communicate with other ORG members!
3. Org Relations : As we have SASD in our Departments! I will make Sure they Attend every Event and help other orgs, Doing ammo runs for them.I will make sure we have good relation with others orgs.
