In the Clip it shows me helping this guy up after him saying could you help him whilst doing that he proceeds to shoot me for no reason and combat logged after being killed

I think he should be punished for CL, Fail RP, Powergaming, RDM because he told me to get him up and proceeds to shoot me he powergame by making me revive him whilst i am unable at the time pull m gun out as well as RDM due to the fact he randomly shot me without a reason
